My favorite is #11: Writing creates lasting memories. This is so true! I use my writing to revisit and reflect on those precious moments of life. Thanks for the reminder of all the ways writing supports us.

ReplyDeleteLove, love, love this! I want to do this in my writer's notebook! The one I connect with lately is #8 "I write my frustrations in order to not store them inside" Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteA great list. #5 and #8 resonate with me. I like the connection writing brings and writing about frustrations instead of keeping them bottled up inside is much healthier.
ReplyDeleteYes, yes and more yes! I nodded along to each item on your list! My most favorite reasons are #11, 13 and 20. Writing...it does a body good!
